Reiki is very simple to learn and can often be life transforming. Urban Zen teacher Dawn Mellowship, only became an author, journalist and web designer after learning Reiki - which gave her the confidence to explore her creativity. Andy Chrysostomou, also a Reiki teacher at Urban Zen, had a crippling spine condition, which was vastly improved to the point of barely being noticeable, after learning Reiki. That's not to say that everyone else will have the same result, but many people do experience amazing and positive transformations.
We offer Reiki training to all levels and because we have the upmost respect for the culture from which Reiki developed, we stick as closely as possible to the original Japanese system of Reiki discovered and developed by the founder, MIkao Usui.
We love Reiki and want you to love it too. We want Reiki to make your life better, because that's what we're here to do. Because we are so passionate about Reiki our training is professional and includes manuals, certificates and post-course support. We've also set up an online social network for students to communicate with each other and ask us questions. Our Reiki training is compliant with the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Reiki.
Our level 1 and 2 Reiki training takes place at the zen-inspired, chilled out and very friendly, myhotel Bloomsbury in central London - just minutes away from Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street tube stations. The hotel staff are helpful, the decor oozes tranquility and feng shui has been used to promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere. We just love the place and we know you will too.

Course Venue
If you are new to Reiki training the best place to start is with a level 1 and 2 course. This enables you to use Reiki on yourself and others on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. It's a start of a new, exciting journey. What's more, the level 1 and 2 training qualifies you to practice Reiki professionally, so if do decide to become a practitioner, you have the necessary qualification.
