We offer Reiki training and Reiki treatments so you can choose to let us pamper you, or pamper yourself on a daily basis with self-healing. The choice is yours and it's a nice one to have to make. We will also soon be offering massage and Indian head massage treatments, you lucky things!

What is Reiki? In a nutshell Reiki is an energy healing modality whereby a trainined Reiki practitioner channels external energy into the client to improve physical illnesses, reduce stress, tackle emotional issues or promote general well-being. It's non-intrusive because the practitioner's hands remain just above the client.
